How do I get Downtown?

There are plenty of hotels in and around the French Quarter, where both events will be held. It really depends on your preferred style, price point, and whether you’d like to be in the middle of the action or somewhere a bit quieter.
Most hotels allow you to book now and cancel up to 24 hours before arrival, so if you find something you like, we recommend reserving it early.
Many hotels have not yet released their room blocks. We’ll share booking links as they become available.
Omni Royal Orleans
This is located in the heart of the French Quarter, directly across the street from Napoleon House (NYE) and one block from Latrobe's on Royal (wedding), as well as across from the historic Louisiana Supreme Court. The rooms are currently being renovated but in the final phase and are expected to be completed by October.
Loews New Orleans Hotel
Next to the Windsor Court!
An accommodation just outside of the French Quarter but walking distance to both venues and the river if you don't want to Uber back and forth

Located in the heart of downtown but still close to the French Quarter and where we plan to stay!

Cambria Hotel New Orleans Downtown Warehouse District
This hotel is a bit further into the Warehouse District and is roughly a 15-minute walk from the venue, but still right in the mix!
